Change a dimension table name?

Does anyone know how to change a dimension table without copying and pasting?

|||For AS2005, if you open data source view and select a table you can invoke context menu and select Replace Table menu item. Things bound to the old table will now be bound to new table.

Not sure if this is for your use case. Please elaborate on your goal.
